Our great room is flexible and open enough that a team can adapt the space when/where necessary. The great room is 28’ x 43’ with a cathedral ceiling, great stereo, radiant heat and fireplace. The open space allows for the flexibility for reconfiguration according to your needs.

We have chairs and tables for smaller groups, but if you need equipment for larger groups, we work with many of the town’s rental companies and find them very amenable to any request. So if you need anything from chairs, tables, linens and dishes to tents, heaters and dance floors, we can help you get them.

Do you want your lunch or dinner catered? We also work with many caterers in the area and can make recommendations based upon our experiences with them. Tell us what you may need or like. Just give us a call!

Effective team spaces must be equipped with the tools to display the group's concepts, solutions and ideas. With that in mind, we have a white board, easel with large pad and markers, combination VCR and DVD player with TV (not connected to cable), and a great stereo system that plays tapes or CD’s. We also have a large slide-projector screen. If you are doing Power Point presentations or wish to connect your computer to the TV, you will need your own cable since all computers are different.

If you want a different kind of down-time experience, we offer two fire pits, and can supply the firewood. We also have a ten-foot, screened-in octagon gazebo down by the stream as a wonderful gathering spot. Deer have been known to walk by and check us out, with hooting owls as a backdrop.

You may arrive early to make adjustments to the room and set up any displays. If there is no one booked the day ahead of you, you may come out even earlier to set up. I will work directly with your point person through the whole process, and on the day of your event, if you have outside people coming in (caterers, presenters, flower deliveries etc.) I will work with them as well. We want to make sure your meeting runs as smoothly as possible.
