• Solitary retreats:
  This retreat is for individuals wishing for a quiet time alone for reflection, rest and renewal. No one will be allowed to bother you. Privacy and solitude are guaranteed. You can, however, invite your own guests into your space if you desire.
• Semi-guided retreats:
  All the benefits of privacy and solitude supplemented with the assistance of a trained counselor, again, only if desired. Dr. Boardman is available for sharing your concerns, a sound healing session (using tuning forks or Tibetan bowls), a hands-on healing energy session, or brain entrainment session using the latest state-of-the-art audio visual entrainment technology (these sessions are for an extra fee). She can also arrange for a massage therapist to come out and give you a massage (you pay the massage therapist separately.)
• Group retreats and private conferences:
